Message from our Founder
Prior to starting KESCO, I spent 6 years managing reps as a regional sales manager. During this time, I witnessed rep firms pushing two-sided product lines and jockeying to win sales. I did not see value being provided to the customer. In 2001, KESCO was founded upon the idea of offering a limited line of products where all products can be integrated in the same area of process. The partners I approached were the ones I had used while developing systems for my prior employer, Bliss industries. I was committed to representing these partners in the Southeastern US by employing technical value and knowledge as if I were their direct employee. This approach was very well received by the equipment manufacturers and customer base. Equipment sales grew into system design and supply. Additional employees were added and the foundation of KESCO was solidified.
As we mature personally, so should our business function. It became clear to me that our customers’ workforce was becoming lean. Process evaluation and efficiency improvement were needed from an outside source. Our sales calls turned into customer partnerships. We began to ask ourselves one simple question: how can we help our customers solve their processing problems?
Focusing on this question accomplished two things:
- Personal fulfillment by helping another human being.
- Exponential growth in KESCO’s business and earnings.
Today, we maintain this focus. Given the opportunity to help, we will diligently employ our experience to improve your process efficiency. By providing this value to the customer, we are confident KESCO will grow for generations to come.
